Policies at Envy Beauty 

Below is a brief overview of the policies here at Envy Beauty Boutique. 

You will be asked that you have read and understand these policies at the time you look your appointment. 

Policies

Please read on for all business policies. 

General

No Children or pets are allowed unless it is a registered service animal. (As a parent myself, I understand life can be crazy. I ask you to have reliable child care so you can take full advantage of YOUR time. 

Please be sure to silence your phone before your service and limit excessive conversation during lash appointments.

Avoid caffeine before your appointment. 

Arrive 10-15 minutes early to find parking, use the restroom, and get situated for your visit.

Booking 

Booking your appointment is now made easier! Just follow the "BOOK ONLINE" tab. 

You have the option to choose to pay at the time of your service, or pre-pay for your appointment. 

No card is required to be held on file for booking. 

Deposits are only required for special circumstances such as multiple late appointments or cancellations/no shows. This deposit is non-refundable and is not applied to your service balance but locks in your booked time. Deposit amount is $30. 

Running Late

Life can get crazy, I know. 

Please be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your scheduled time to allow for finding parking, using the restroom and checking in. 

There is a 10 minute grace period if you are running behind on the day of your appointment. 

Past the 10 minute mark, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

After 3 late appointments, an invoice for a Deposit will be sent to the information on file. The deposit will need to be paid prior to booking.

Cancellation

Your time is valuable and so is mine.

With this in mind, Please allow 24 hours notification if an appointment needs to be rescheduled to avoid a fee. 

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice are liable for a 50% cancellation invoice to be paid within 48 hours to maintain positive booking ability. 

After 3 Late Cancellation/No-Shows, an invoice for a deposit will be sent to the information on file. The deposit will be required to be paid prior to booking your next appointment.
